Vegan Matcha Brownie



INGREDIENTS

• Matcha powder 4Tbs
• All purpose flour 1 3/5 cups
• Light brown sugar 4/5 cups
• Baking Soda 1 tsp
• Salt  1 tsp
• White vinegar  1 tsp
• Water 200 ml
• Rice oil or Grapeseed oil 75 ml
• White chocolate Optional

 

INSTRUCTIONS

 

Preheat oven to 180°C




 

 

Shift all powder ingredients into a big bowl.  Make a dent on the top.

 



 

 

Mix water,vinegar and oil. Pour this liquid onto a dent. Mix lightly and rapidly with folk.
Don’t mix too much.

 

   



 

 

Pour (step 3) into muffin cups (¾ depth of cups) Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

 


 

 

Decorate with melted white chocolate if you like.
