Vegan Matcha Brownie
INGREDIENTS
| • Matcha powder 4Tbs |
| • All purpose flour 1 3/5 cups |
| • Light brown sugar 4/5 cups |
| • Baking Soda 1 tsp |
| • Salt 1 tsp |
| • White vinegar 1 tsp |
| • Water 200 ml |
| • Rice oil or Grapeseed oil 75 ml |
| • White chocolate Optional |
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 180°C
Shift all powder ingredients into a big bowl. Make a dent on the top.


Mix water,vinegar and oil. Pour this liquid onto a dent. Mix lightly and rapidly with folk.
Don’t mix too much.


Pour (step 3) into muffin cups (¾ depth of cups) Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Decorate with melted white chocolate if you like.
