Hojicha Jelly



INGREDIENTS
• 10 g (2 sachets) Hojicha leaves |
• 400 ml Boiling water |
• 60 g Dark brown sugar |
• 4 g Kanten(agar)powder |
• 150 ml Heavy cream |
INSTRUCTIONS
Put Hojicha sachets in a small pot and add boiling water. Make strong tea.
Remove sachets. When tea become to room temperature add Kanten powder and mix.
Heat (step1) tea. Add and dissolve dark brown sugar.
Stop heat when liquid become boiling.
When serving put some heavy cream on jelly.
