Okumidori is a prized Japanese tea cultivar known for tis vibrant green color, balanced umami, and smooth finish. Compared with the widely grown Yabukita cultivar, it is produced in more limited quantities, making it a rare and special matcha.

In Fujieda, Shizuoka Prefecture, this tea farm has been cultivating organic tea for over 50 years. Using the traditional Chagusaba tea-grass farming method, they work in harmony with nature to produce high-quality tea while preserving the surrounding ecosystem.
